I own numerous rental properties and have used several different roofers over the years. On a 1-10 scale I rate them a 12. They are professional, did excellent work, worked around my schedule (and the tenant’s schedule), and completely cleaned up when they finished. They did 3 homes for me and worked well with the insurance company and made sure that my interests were protected. I would recommend them to anyone. The bulk of the cost was covered by the insurance company but the estimated costs were very reasonable.

Mallik and company did a great job removing and installing my roof. They arrived on time and finished in the project in 2 days. They made sure there wasn't any nails left over in the yard and left with all there trash. Their workers were very polite.

Nickolas Thompson of Northline roofing stopped by my son in laws home and noticed the roofing tiles blown off by a recent storm. I asked him what was going on and he told me he noticed the damaged roof and wanted to know if we’d want it repaired. So we had other quotes but weren’t gonna fix everything that Nickolas was going to repair. Not only did they fix all the missing shingles, they installed whirly birds 🦅 to help get the heat out of the attic and also resealed all the cracks in around all the roofing vents. Northline roofing….. Nicks crew had the job done very quickly and also helped another Contracter we had putting a microwave in and the exhaust vent. If it wasn’t for Nickolas the other contractor didn’t have the roof vent cap to finish the job and the other contractor couldn’t find or get that part……so our microwave and exhaust system wouldn’t have been completed today. Thanks for the rapid response and finishing my son in laws home in a quick and timely fashion….all while doing a professional job. He a very pleasant and knowledgeable contractor and we highly recommend him.
